Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, we provide a one-year parts and labor warranty on all systems. Some systems may be eligible for extended warranties, please ask at the time of purchase. You can be assured of professional quality service and prompt attention in the event of an unforseen failure.

Our warranty does not cover shipping damages, which should be addressed with the shipper, as we insure all parcels. MyOzoneStore will not cover any devices damaged due to unauthorized modification attempts, disassembly, exposure to elements, inclement weather, acts of God, and inadequately ventilated environment as well as improper power usage. Units, not specifically designed for outdoor use (such as pool systems), must be stored and utilized in environments with adequate protection from moisture and heat.

Ozone output is always measured with oxygen feed. If using air and measured ozone concentration does not match product specifications, this is not considered a design defect, and cannot be repaired.
