Return Policy


We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. For all returns, no refund will be issued for the shipping cost portion. After 30 days, our warranty process must be followed to repair or replace all defective units and parts. If damage occurs within 30 days from purchase, customer shall only be required to pay shipping costs to the repair facility. Beyond 30-day period, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping fees to and from the repair facility.

You MUST contact us to request an RMA number prior to shipping any return or warranty repair items to us. Your return will not be accepted without the RMA# clearly marked on the shipping label. For your protection, we recommend you insure your shipment. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale. Credit card returns may take 2-5 days to process depending on your bank.

 

Return Policy Guidelines

  • Unopened product: within 30 days if your item is unopened and factory-sealed, you may return your item to us for a refund of the product purchase price.

  • Opened product: if your item has been opened, but is not defective, you may return your item to us for a refund of the current product price less 20% restocking fee.

  • Defective product: if your item is defective, you have four options:

    • you may exchange your item for an identical item within 30 days at no additional cost

    • you may exchange your item for a different item less 15% restocking fee within 30 days

    • you may return your item to us for a refund of the current product price less then 20% restocking fee within 30 days

    • you may have the item repaired according to details of your warranty within warranty period

 

Please Note

Shipping and Handling fees and related Sales Taxes are non-refundable. You are responsible for returned products until we receive them. Because of this, insurance is highly recommended. You may be charged shipping and handling and restocking fees to return products.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice for the product.

Deliveries that are refused and returned to us are subject to a 15% handling fee plus all incurred shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All returned products must be 100% complete, contaning all original packing, manufacturer boxes, manuals, parts and accessories. Failure to provide this may result in a denied return or higher restocking charges.
